What are your fees?
Our fees depend on the property and on whether it is a sale or a rental. We tell you the amount on the first call, before any visit, and you only pay once the deal is signed.
Can I buy if I live abroad?
Yes. Many of our clients are Moroccans living in Europe. We send you videos or do the visit on a video call, check the papers, and the signature can be done with a power of attorney at the notary.
What is the difference between a land title and a melkia?
A land title (titre foncier) is registered with the land registry and is the safest proof of ownership. A melkia is a deed drawn up by adouls; it can be sold, but it needs more checks. Every listing shows its legal status.
How does a visit work?
Send us the listing reference on WhatsApp with a few times that suit you. An agent meets you at the property and answers your questions on the spot. A visit costs 50 DH.
What do I need to rent a property?
Usually an ID card or passport, the first month in advance and a deposit. The exact amounts depend on the owner and are written in the listing or given before the visit.
